Our modular houses made of solid CLT timber. They combine the efficiency of a tiny house with the comfort and spaciousness of individual living concepts - flexible, sustainable and modern.
Our houses consist of individual, prefabricated modules (3.5 x 15 meters, or shorter sizes) that can be seamlessly combined to create spacious living solutions. Whether single-story, two-story, or multi-story, each module is thoughtfully designed and provides the perfect basis for living, sleeping, or working areas – without any rigid floor plans.
Sizes & configurations:
- From 80 m² (e.g. 2 modules) – ideal as a modern family home or holiday home
- Up to 300 m² – as a spacious family villa, office building or multi-generational solution
The modular construction also allows you to expand your house if necessary – In perfect harmony with your life.
Exterior: Architecture with character
Our modular houses combine timeless aesthetics with modern functionality:
- Customisable facades: Whether wood cladding, plaster or modern metal elements – we design your exterior facade individually.
- Large panoramic windows: They create light-filled rooms and harmoniously connect indoor and outdoor areas.
- Flat roof, pitched roof or shed roof – depending on taste and building plan
- Sustainable materials and high energy efficiency (currently up to KfW-40+ standard) guarantee environmentally conscious living with style
